Adam Litster, PA, was raised in Boise, Idaho, and has spent much of his life in the Rocky Mountain West. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion before completing his medical training at Penn State University. Following graduation, he fulfilled his National Health Service Corps Scholarship by serving as a primary care provider at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he cared for individuals experiencing homelessness. He recently returned to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family.

Adam is a compassionate and attentive clinician who approaches care with a holistic perspective, recognizing that health is influenced by a complex interplay of personal, social, and environmental factors. Drawing on his background in public health and clinical training in family medicine, he partners with patients to help them achieve their health goals through a community-centered and trauma-informed lens. He values patient autonomy and believes in empowering individuals by supporting their health literacy and honoring their lived experience as central to the care process.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons. An avid cyclist, runner, swimmer, and skier, he is always encouraging his family to join in on the adventure.
