The Executive Health Program (EHP) is a voluntary, comprehensive health screening designed specifically for Roseburg executives. It goes beyond a standard annual physical, giving you a private, in-depth assessment with a Praxis Health provider experienced in identifying and addressing health risks early, before they become bigger problems.
Your EHP visit is billed directly to Roseburg, not your insurance. Even if you’ve already completed your annual preventive exam, you’re still eligible for an Executive Health screening.
If you’re enrolled in Roseburg’s medical plan, the results from your EHP visit can also count toward your wellness program credit, so the time you invest in your health pays you back twice.
