About the Program
The Executive Health Program (EHP) is a voluntary, comprehensive health screening designed specifically with you in mind. It goes beyond a standard annual physical, giving you a private, in-depth assessment with a Praxis Health provider experienced in identifying and addressing health risks early, before they become bigger problems.
Your Executive Health Program visit is billed directly to Roseburg Forest Products, not your health insurance. If, during your evaluation, your provider recommends additional diagnostic testing, imaging, procedures, specialty consultations, or treatment that fall outside the Executive Health Program, those services will be processed through your medical insurance and may be subject to your plan’s deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.
If you’re enrolled in Roseburg’s medical plan, the results from your EHP visit can also count toward your wellness program credit, so the time you invest in your health pays you back twice.
