Yes. The Executive Health Program visit and included services are billed directly to Roseburg Forest Products, not your insurance. We will however still need to collect your insurance information so that, if additional testing, imaging, procedures, or specialty referrals are recommended, our referral team can coordinate your care and obtain any required prior authorizations. Services outside of the Executive Health Program are generally billed through your medical insurance and may be subject to your plan’s deductible, copay, or coinsurance.

After you enroll, your dedicated Executive Health concierge will contact you to coordinate the next steps. Please do not visit an Interpath Laboratory until you have spoken with your concierge. They will arrange for your laboratory orders to be placed, provide any fasting instructions, identify the appropriate Interpath Laboratory location, and coordinate any specialty testing included in your selected program tier.

Most laboratory testing should be completed before your Executive Health visit so your provider can review the majority of your results with you during your appointment. Some specialized tests, including the GRAIL Galleri multi-cancer early detection test and other advanced laboratory studies, may require additional processing time. If any results are still pending, your provider will review them with you after they become available and discuss any recommended next steps.

Completing your Executive Health screening can count toward your Roseburg Wellness Program credit, which may apply toward your medical premiums. Check with your HR or benefits team for the specifics of your credit.

Your dedicated concierge and care navigation team coordinate any referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up care that come up before, during, or after your visit. You won’t be left to figure out the next steps on your own.
